Terms of Service
The rules for using Doko Maps, what a subscription includes, and what each side is responsible for.
These terms
Doko Maps is operated by Mobayilo. By using it you agree to these terms. If you use Doko Maps for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
Your account
Use a real email address and keep it secure: whoever opens a sign-in link sent to it is signed in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and in the work you invite editors to.
Plans, trial and renewal
Signing in, following and reading are free. Making guides and itineraries needs Doko Maps Pro, at $29 / month, billed by Stripe. The price shown at checkout applies.
First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment details are required, nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription starts when it ends unless you cancel first. It then renews each month until you cancel in Manage billing, and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
When a subscription ends
Your work stays. You can read it, revoke its guest links, make it private and delete it, but not change it, until you subscribe again. Guest links you already sent keep working, and editors keep reading the work they were invited to.
Your content
What you create stays yours. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to run Doko Maps and to show it to the people you choose. Making something public lets anyone read it.
Your guests and your trips
Doko Maps is a tool for planning and presenting trips. It does not sell travel, book services or take payments from guests. Your arrangements with your guests, and with the suppliers you choose, are between you and them.
An enquiry goes to the creator who published the itinerary. Doko Maps takes no part in the conversation that follows.
Places, prices and estimates
Place details come from Google and may be wrong or out of date. Currency estimates are reference rates, not quotes. The planning assistant can make mistakes. Check opening hours, prices, routes and bookings before you rely on them or send them to a guest.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful content, collect other people's information without their permission, or send spam through enquiries. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and do not copy place data from Doko Maps in bulk: it is licensed from Google.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Doko Maps available and your work safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change as the product grows.
Liability
Doko Maps is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mobayilo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Doko Maps in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Doko Maps at any time, cancel your subscription, and ask us to delete your account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and for a significant change we tell you by email before it applies.
